Custom Orders (Shadow Boxes and Paintings)- Please allow 2-4 business weeks to complete your order.

Clothing- Please allow 5-8 business days to complete your order.

Cold Cups- Please allow 6-8 business days to complete your order.

Glass Cups- Please allow 6-8 business days to complete your order.

We do not accept returns nor exchanges due to creations being custom and made to order. Please make sure the order is correct before checking out.

Please email us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, the order will be sent back to us. We will contact you once the package is sent back to us. Another shipping label is required to be purchased to send back the order. Please make sure the shipping adress is correct before checking out.

Cancellations are not allowed due to the order already being processed.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
